WHo is Haley MIller?
My name is Haley Miller my pronouns are she, her & hers. I am a white, able-bodied, heteronormative, middle-class, cis-women that lives on Treaty 4 Territory. I call myself a settler-Canadian as my ancestors are Icelandic and German and made Saskatchewan and Regina their home. This makes me a part of the "non-Indigenous peoples living in Canada who form the European-descended sociopolitical majority" (Vowel, 2016, p.14).
You can often find me with my family or friends, attempting DIY crafts, spending time outdoors, volunteering with children or hanging out with my pup, Freddy.
I have received my Liberal Arts certificate from the University of Regina and I am so thrilled to be working towards my Bachelor of Education (Pre K-5) degree. My dream career would have to be being a Kindergarten teacher, but really, I would love any job position that involved working with and teaching children.
